We are looking for a professional, organized, and responsible person to be our Representative in Enid for our Real Estate Investment firm, KLAS Holdings LLC. You will be interacting with prospective tenants, current tenants, inspectors, appraisers, and others who we work with to create affordable, beautifully renovated homes in Enid. Our mission is to help families by acquiring homes, remodeling them from the interior to exterior, and building and maintaining positive rapport with our tenants.

Roles: Your role for KLAS Holdings LLC will be to act as the face of our company in many forums.

  • Meeting inspectors, vendors, and/or appraisers at the property, checking on renovations, installing lockboxes on homes for vendors, putting up for rent signs, and making trips to local home improvement stores for materials needed.

  • Walking houses for pictures and videos for potential investments.

  • Watering and maintaining yards and flower beds, includes mowing and weed eating. 

  • Build and maintain a professional and positive rapport with tenants. They are our priority.

  • Work alongside a great team that communicates effectively and collaborates to give our tenants the best experience living in their home.

Job Type:

  • Part time- 4 to 5 hours a week max

  • $15 Hour

​

Requirements:

  • High school or GED equivalent

  • Some college preferred

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to pass background check

  • A large component of this position is meeting with prospective tenants, showing properties, and having background knowledge on the renovations, updates, and format of the property.

  • Being knowledgeable about our business processes: contracts, deposits, rules, and regulations, etc.
