  • Where is KLAS Holdings located?
    We are operated out of Enid, Oklahoma. While most of our properties are located within the Enid area, we do extend our reach to other cities within Oklahoma & some in Texas.
  • Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
    Great question. We’re not agents, and we don’t list houses. We are professional home buyers: we buy homes that meet our purchasing criteria. From there we may repair the house and resell it to another homeowner or keep it as a rental ourselves.
  • Do you pay fair prices for properties?
    Yes, we purchase homes on all conditions, whether it is well maintained turnkey properties, or a property that needs significant repair, we will buy it at a fair price. Many people believe taking an all cash offer means you are getting a bad deal or “low ball” offer, that may be the case with other companies, but not with our organization. The offer we make to you as a homeowner is based on the current condition of the property and the price the market is commanding for similar properties. All our transactions our based on integrity, customer service, and providing a convenient, seamless experience for our customers. If our offer does not work for you, we will get you connected with an experienced real estate agent who may be better suited for your situation
  • How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
    Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take all these pieces of information into consideration when providing you with an offer that is fair and works for both parties.
  • Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
    This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees.
  • How are you different from a real estate agent?
    Real estate agents meet with sellers and list their house on their behalf for a commission. On a typical transaction the seller will pay 6% in total real estate commissions, 3% to the listing agent and 3% to the buyers agent. In addition, when listing with a real estate agent you are at the mercy of the home buyers when it comes to showings and open houses, making for an inconvenience on the seller and can at times feel like and invasion of privacy. In addition, when listing with an agent, it takes time to find prospective buyer and you close on the buyers timeline. With us, you pay no realtor commissions. Save time, we make an offer within 48 hours. There is lack of disruption to your personal life, we visit your home at most 2 times. Once to view the condition of the property to make a fair offer, and once more to conduct home inspections. And lastly, flexibility of time, we close on your desired date.
  • Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
    There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll take a look at things, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and make you an all-cash offer that’s fair for you and fair for us. From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us… and we won’t hassle you, won’t harass you… it’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you.
  • What are your tenant requirements?
    Application Process/Requirements: $55 application fee per applicant Credit score must be equal to or greater than 650 Gross monthly income must be at minimum, 3 times the amount of rent Security deposit required (same amount as rent) Applicant must pass background screen References provided upon request No prior evictions No smoking allowed Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, gas, electric) and lawn care
  • Do you allow pets?
    Yes, pets are allowed (preferably under 30 pounds) $250 pet fee per pet
