Our Story
KLAS Holdings, LLC was formed in July of 2020 with a desire to provide upgraded rental units to the Enid community. When we looked at the market, we felt it was underserved when it came to nice, clean, renovated homes & apartments that tenants could take pride in renting. We wanted to serve that need.
What started with one property in North Enid has now grown to include properties in not only Enid, but also across Oklahoma and the DFW metroplex.
KLAS holdings has now grown and developed into a full cycle real estate service that consists of buying real estate, renovations, rentals, property sales and turnkey investments.

Meet the Team
Owners
Leo and Kelsey Singer
Leo and Kelsey are a husband and wife team that oversee KLAS Holdings, LLC. Kelsey serves as Head of Design and Project Management, overseeing property design, project plans and vendor management. Leo serves as Head of Operations, overseeing property acquisition, property management, and investor/banking relations.
Kelsey has a background in Education and Leadership. She holds a Bachelors in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Masters in Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. Leo has spent his career working in leadership amongst Auto Finance organizations, and holds a Bachelors of Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Leo and Kelsey are recently married and enjoy spending time with family, traveling and Oklahoma State Athletics.
Operations Manager
Megan is a military spouse and former teacher from Texas. She serves as Operations Manager and Social Media Manager for KLAS Holdings LLC, operating all social media outlets, managing properties, and maintaining professional rapport with tenants, prospective leads, vendors and other personnel.
Megan has a background in education, teaching 8th grade in Keller, Texas before marrying her husband, and was former stylist for Aveda for close to a decade. She holds a Bachelors in Education from West Texas A&M University.
Megan is married and is a mother to one, soon to be two. She loves being with her family, spending time outdoors, traveling and music.
